Nokia 2.2 New Update: White Balance Option

HMD Global released the Nokia 2.2 in India last week, the Nokia 2.2 price in India is fixed at Rs 6,999. The company has already started releasing an update for the new phone already.

Nokia 2.2 users in India can now update their new device. This new update is very similar to the one released for Nokia 3.2 and Nokia 4.2. The update was released today ( 14th of June, 2019 ) and it’s about 288.8 MB. This update is going to change the hour Nokia 2.2 to V1.390.

Now let’s talk on the features of the new update. The new update for Nomia 2.2 features UI enhancements, improved system stability and have the June 2019 Android security updates.

Also, the features already in the Nokia 3.2 and 4.2, White Balance Option is also present in the new update.

What is White Balance Option?

The white balance option is used for adjusting the display of your device from cool to warm depending on your choice of color saturation.

To use White Balance Option, go to settings >>> display >>> Tap White Balance option. You can also reset the color to the previous one.

To update your device manually, go to settings and tap on Software Update. Then download and install the update. Make sure you have your phone battery charged above 50% and connected to a strong Wifi connection.

The Nokia 2.2 has a 5.71-inch HD+ screen with a display resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels. Also, the device color aspect ratio is 19:9 and it comes with a 2 GHz quad-core MediaTek Helio A22 chipset. The device has variants of 2GB/3GB RAM and 16GB/32GB of internal storage.

Coming to the camera, it features a 13 MP primary camera with f/2.2 aperture and a selfie camera of 5MP. The phone arrives with Android 9 Pie out of the box with Android One branding. It makes use of a battery of capacity 3000 mAh.
